10mm hook– ch 15
– [*dc in 2nd ch from the hook, hdc in the next*, repeat to all the way down the row (14 sts)
– ch.2 & turn work]
– repeat [ to ] for 75 rows
– fold in half & create seam by attaching both ends with sc in each st
– cl.w/sl.st & fasten off
