**In this pattern I am using a 5mm crochet hook**

Brim of hat:

*NOTE* when making this hat (or any hat in my opinion) it really does not matter what yarn you use however, depending on the yarn you pick in comparison to what the pattern calls for, following the stitch number alone can cause a difference in the size.  I highly advise using a hat size chart to make sure your hat is the size you need throughout the process of creating it!!   CLICK HERE FOR HAT SIZE CHART
