This super easy slouchy hat is one of my very first patterns and one that remains a very popular one. It is always sitting right there at the top of my reports as one of the most sought after patterns. I have received a lot of feedback when people are not yet finished, where they share concern that it seems way too wide or way too big; please remember – this is a slouchy hat! It’s ok, it’s supposed to be oversized. As longs as the band portion that will go around your head and hold it on is the right fit, you will be ok!! Just keep crocheting until you’re finished the pattern and I am confident you will be more than pleased with the result.
