What a perfect and thoughtful gift this Easter!  This crochet bunny ears headband is so adorable and will be lots of fun for the lucky little one who gets it as a gift.  The pink part of the ears in this pattern is fabric however, you could easily crochet a yarn piece and attach if you prefer!
